Keyboard shortcuts

Note: On macOS, these shortcuts use the Control key, not Command - except pasting folder paths, where Cmd+V works too.

These work in both the details view and the thumbnail view.

Key Action
Space Mark or unmark the selected files
Enter Open the selected file
Ctrl+P Show properties for the selected file
Ctrl+Enter Show the selected file’s folder in File Explorer (Finder on macOS)
Ctrl+H Send the selected files to the Hash tool
F2 Rename the selected file
F5 Refresh the list
F6 Copy the folder and file name (full path) to the clipboard
Ctrl+F6 Copy the folder name to the clipboard
Shift+F6 Copy the file name to the clipboard
Ctrl+F Show the find bar
F3 Find next
Ctrl+A Select all (thumbnail view)
Arrow keys, Home, End Move through the thumbnails (thumbnail view)

Enter (in the path box) Go to the path typed

Delete Remove the selected folders from the list
Ctrl+Delete Clear the list
Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on macOS) Paste folder paths into the list
Ctrl+L Locate the selected folder in the Available folders tree
Ctrl+Enter Show the folder in File Explorer
